Return & Exchange Policy

At Walk & Wow, we are committed to providing you with high-quality footwear and a seamless shopping experience. To keep our prices affordable and offer Free Delivery across Pakistan, we operate under the following clear policy:

1. Exchange Period You have 5 to 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or credit.

2. Condition of Item To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

The Sole Rule: Please try on your shoes on a carpeted surface. Shoes with scuffed, marked, or dirty soles will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Change of Mind (No Cash Refunds) If you receive the correct product in good condition but wish to return it because you changed your mind or don't like the style:

We offer Exchanges for another article or Store Credit (via a discount code).

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. * The customer is responsible for the courier charges to send the item back to our warehouse.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Full Responsibility) If we sent you the wrong size, wrong color, or a damaged product:

Walk & Wow will take full responsibility.

We will provide a Full Cash Refund or a Free Replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds will be processed to your Bank Account/EasyPaisa within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the item.

5. Refund Deduction Policy In rare cases where a cash refund is approved for a non-faulty item (special exceptions), a Rs. 300 Shipping & Handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the initial delivery cost we paid.
